2. Exchange Policy

• The product is defective or not as described.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

3. Exchange Process

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

• If the exchange is approved due to a defect or damage, Beyouty and Bloom will cover the return shipping costs.
• For other approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
